A tough 1875 CC trade dollar graded MS 63 by NGC. It is sharply struck among both sides and has very crusty entirely original toned surfaces. This coin has clearly never been messed with and is perfect for the purist. It is by far the highest graded example we have ever offered for this Carson City Mint date.
This Carson City Mint date holds a total mintage of 1,573,700. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 1,200 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 24 graded Mint State 63 by NGC.
