1993 Vx800 with Corbin seat

Description

This is a great little bike years ahead of its time. It's upright seat position combined with the 800 engine makes for a fun and responsive ride.
I purchased this bike in 2015 with 16k miles. It had been rebuilt at a local shop. Last year I had carbs rebuilt, and a new battery put in, but the mechanic said that the original tank was shot. I purchased a used tank on ebay, but have yet to get it installed and realized I'm just not going to prioritize the project. It's shown here with the tank on the bike, but it needs to have the minor rust removed and get connected to the bike.
The exhaust was painted with exhaust manifold paint, and looked great fresh, but as you can see some has flaked off.
Hoping to pass this on to someone who will get it running and enjoy it.
