We believe that this a flow meter. We came to this conclusion based on the fact that the PCB on the inside has "Linear Flowmeter Bridge" imprinted on it. We are unsure what this is. It could be a flow meter, pressure gauge, temperature probe. We are unable to test this unit. This came out of a working government facility.
