Nice Fossilized multi colored toned Florida “Crown Conch’ “Melongena Corona”Fossil is well preserved and measures about 2.25” by 1.25”.
For identification I contacted the University of Florida Museum of Natural History’s Invertebrate Paleontology Collections Department and they identified as a Pilocene era fossil from the Pinecrest Beds of the Tamiami Formation.
Each shell will be wrapped individually and shipped with care.
