Bradley Micky Mouse Happy 50th Commemorative Watch Limited Edition

This watch was a commemorative piece to celebrate Mickey's 50th Birthday. It caused a major almost year long celebration of a birthday parade twice a day at both Disneyland & Disney World. There was also a 90 minute TV special on The Wonderful World of Disney on Nov. 19, 1978. The watch comes in it's original case & sleeve with it's original warranty folder. The only thing missing is the original foil price tag, probably removed due to being a gift. It is a wind up movement - I gave it a few turns and the watch did run! It's limited edition # is F 8548. Now on to condition.
The watch appears to be unused. I base this on the strap being unsoiled, not curved/wrinkled, holes for buckle all same size and no pressure points from buckle or it's tongue found. Strap does show pressure marks from case prongs holding it in place. Backside of strap shows some original double stitching on one side and a couple stitches next to watch loose on other side. The crystal does show some scratching when viewed with a loupe. The dial is original, marked Bradley, Swiss Made, (Copyright symbol) Walt Disney Productions. The top portion of the watch case and dial numbers are gold plated. With your eyes you can find some age spotting on case and on the 6 & 8 numbers also on the silver toned dial face a bit of spotting in the area of the 3 & 4. From end of buckle to end of strap is approx. 8 3/4" and front portion of case is 1 5/16" in diameter.
The sleeve has edge abrasions, some scratching and some foil missing due to what appears to be a removed price tag (R. front). Plastic case all intact, no cracks or chips with a very firm closure. Prongs for holding in watch intact & firm.  Foil interior lid intact & secure. Shows a faint raised wave believed to be from the glue on it's backside securing it to case lid. Faux velvet base interior intact & secure. Warranty folder intact, light curves, interior shows light discoloration form age.
