Description

Sea shells collected along the Pacific shore are featured.
From Gig Harbor (WA) to Baja (CA) and many places in
between. One cannot deny the iridescent beauty of the abalone
shell or marvel at finding an intact sand dollar. On the other hand,
barnacles entangled in beached kelp may be easily overlooked.
All shells collected were no longer homes to snails or crabs. Merely
skeletal remains cast upon the shore.
Shells include:
Apple Seed; Barnacles; Black Abalone; Brown Tegulas; Bubble Shell; California Mussel; California Venus Clams; Chestnut Cowrie;
Festive Murex; File Limpet; Giant Egg Cockle; Giant Owl Limpet; Jingle Shells; Macoma; Oysters; Pen Shell; Razor Clam; Red Abalones;
Rock Scallops; Rough Limpet; Sand Dollars; Scallops; Sea Buttons; Sea Urchins; Slipper Shells; Spongex Net buoys; Washington Clam;
Wavy Turbans and White Cap Limpets. Also included is what appears to be a portion of an abalone pearl (pc#2) and flat beach rock (pic#4).
Condition is accurately depicted in photos. Do not hesitate to inquire with regard to quality, condition or dimensions.
