Description

You should be replacing the diaphragms and valves on your diaphragm pump after every season or 500 hours of use because they will eventually wear down. Running a diaphragm pump with damaged diaphragms can ruin your pump beyond repair, so it's always a good precaution to have a repair kit.
A clear indication that your diaphragms need replacing is if you notice the oil in the sight glass tube has turned into a milky grey color. Stop using the pump and replace the diaphragms immediately.
