Item shown in the pictures is the exact item(s) you will be receiving, nothing more, nothing less. Inline fitting appears to be a used fitting due to the paint chipping defects but I am unsure. For listing purposes I am selling this item “as is” or “for parts not working” as I am unsure weather or not this functions as intended. Unfortunately I am unable to fully test this fitting due to the lack of tools. This item does not come with any flanges, or the actual meter.
