Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed significant scuffs, scratches, and chipped paint on all sides of the device.
One of the screws is missing from the front cover.
The metal ports at the bottom are slightly corroded (see picture #4).
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
Using a standard power cord connected to the device with bare wire, I was able to power on the device.
The display is tested to be working and free of dead pixels.
I was able to test the -, +, and E buttons to be working.
Due to a lack of equipment, I was unable to further test the device.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is as a power tested item.
No power cord, flow meter, or other accessories included.
