Five (5) Handmade Seashell Flowers Peru Folk Art. Condition is "New".
Perfectly beautiful, delicate blooming cream-colored seashell flowers are attractive and eye-catching.  The yellow center is firmly attached, made from a hard material. Handmade and exceptionally well crafted, the shells are attached to a strong wire stem wrapped in green floral tape.  Each stem has three shell leaves dyed a deep green.  The leaves are folded together to protect them for shipping.
The flower is approx. 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
The stem is approx. 8-inches long, including the flower.
These came from a costal village in Peru that stopped making them a few years ago because they are too labor intensive.
The seashell flowers serve as a fine example of artisan-made folk art.
