This is most likely a legal file copy, with original signatures, for the band's legal files (since the typed original would have been sent to the CPA firm in the address line. It is an interesting document whereby the band is assigning "trust fund" authorization to this firm.
It is dated 25 Feb 1982.  Documents, in particular, signed by ALL members of a band, are few and far between, especially for a band this famous, and are infinitely more desirable than a photo or lp cover. Legal documents prove vital moments in a band's history, etc.
