This is an Microtrak MT-10 Flowmeter! This unit is a liquid calibration system and allows you to measure the flow rates of liquids.
This equipment can make an income generating business by itself if you use it to measure flow rates for other companies.

It's never been used and was made in 1982. Don't worry, there is no expiration date! lol. It really looks fantastic for it's age but it has just been sitting in a room by itself for 30 years. Literally forgotten about when the company was bought out. We acquired it shortly after the buyout of the company.
