Shipping and handling, which includes freight, handling and packaging materials, is non-refundable.
Please note that international buyer maybe required to pay applicable import duty, taxes and brokerage fees. If the item is being refused and returned, buyer agreed to pay 15% restocking fees plus return postage charged by the carrier.

Unless the error is caused by our end, the item is not as presented or dead on arrival (DOA), but seller must be notified within 14 days of item being delivered for Return Authorization. Buyer pays all return freight per industry standard. All items returned must be in the same condition as was received, and include all accessories that came with it. Refund is subject to 15% restocking fees.  If Item is found non-DOA or the condition of the item has been misrepresented, it will be shipped back at buyer's expense.
