All items are shipped from my distributor new in the original packaging. Please contact me in the event that your item arrives with damage. I can replace the item right away with pictures of the damage. Sometimes my distributor will require a return for the quality control department to review and will send a prepaid return label for the return.
RETURNS:
I try my best to picture my items well and include accurate descriptions with dimensions. Please email with any questions! In the event that a purchase is not what you were looking for and you would like to return it, please note that buyer pays all return shipping and my distributor withholds a 20% restocking fee. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please contact me for a return authorization number to include on the label of your return. Once your return is received you will receive a refund less the 20% restocking fee.
