Payment is due immediately after buying the item, if we do not hear from you after 24 hours we reserve the rights to re-list the item.
We are required by law to collect sales tax for all orders shipped within the state of Texas.
We take great care of packaging every item to ensure safe shipment arrival to you. We ship most of our items free within the USA.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will be shipped out the following Monday
After the order has shipped out from our facility we have no control over the item and its shipping speed; therefore, if there is a carrier delay, its beyond our control and we can not be held responsible or for shipping refunds.
We do not ship internationally. Depending on the size and weight of the item we may not be able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
To request a return, please contact our customer service. All returns must have an RMA number, this is provided during the return process. Please make sure this paperwork is with your return otherwise the item maybe rejected or returned.

Unless the item is defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Our goal is to save you money on the items you need and want. We opened our business in 2012 in a small warehouse and have since expanded into a store front, warehouse and online sales. We are family owned and operated based out of Santa Fe, Texas. We employee 10 employees mostly family and friends.
