Polysonics 2110 Battery Powered 1" Impeller Flow Monitor Meter 2110R1F w/ Manual

Description

This meter is brand new, so the impeller (paddle wheel) is in perfect condition.
I'm hoping someone can either fix the LED display, or can use the 1" flow tube to either fix an existing meter, or use it for experiments.
I put in (2) size C batteries for the picture, but removed the batteries after taking the picture.
Note: This is an RF meter. By description, it has a single ferrite target on the sensor's impeller. Unlike the magnetic signal system, the RF signal system uses no magnets.
