If you no longer require your item please message me and then return it in the original packaging and still sealed if applicable within 30 working days. You will then receive a refund by the same method as payment was made, this will be minus postage costs incurred for original postage.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to that which you had ordered, please accept our apologies and return it to us within 30 working days and we will give you a full refund or replacement if possible. We will refund your postage costs in this case.
