This Rosemount, 3095MFA, Mass ProBar, Differential Pressure Flow Meter, Measuring Device is used but in good condition.  We are unable to test this unit but it appears to function properly.  The display screen and its casing are in good condition.  All connection points are clean and in good condition.  The hose is clean and in good condition.  All bolts and hardware are clean and in excellent condition.  The overall cosmetic condition is good with the exception of some slight discoloration.  However, this does not affect its function.
We do not have the expertise or necessary equipment to conduct further testing.
