SAILOR VALENTINE PENDANT

Description

This Sailor Valentine Pendant was hand crafted in a miniature black Walnut Box. The box measures 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. The depth is 1/2 inch.
The center of this pendant features a miniature heart cockle decorated with a pearl. The background is abalone shell. A ring of peach colored freshwater pearls circles the center. Six operculum flowers with coral center surround the center with sea urchin spines leaves in between the flowers. Volva shells edge the box with lamp shell highlighting the eight corners of the box.
The back the pendant box features a Fleur De Lis bale in an antique bronze finish.
These pendants look great with chains or leather cords.
I am a juried member of the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen. My Sailors Valentines have won several awards at the Sanibel Shell Show, Sanibel Island Florida.
