    Lot of 5 original, studio-issued, World War I / World War II / RAF / post-war British pressbooks:
    "The Deeds Men Do – A Synchronised Version of The Famous Battles of Coronel and Falkland Islands"
    , a dramatic reconstruction of two 1914 naval battles off Coronel and the Falkland Islands; 8 ½” x 11”, complete and uncut, 4 page pressbook in good condition with small chip out of spine, minor staining and small handwritten red ink notation “1932 reissue of Aug., 1927 silent” on the back cover upper left corner.
    "Inside Goods"
    3-reel British short feature produced and directed by George Thomas Cummins (editor of British Paramount News) depicting Royal Air Force (R.A.F.) training; 9 ½” x 11 ¾”, complete and uncut, 4 page pressbook in near excellent condition.
    "The Men of the Blue Cross"
    Mid-1950’s Film Polskio Warsaw, tells the heroic events of February, 1945 when Polish mountain guides under the sign of the Blue Cross save the wounded patients of a partisan hospital in the Tatra Mountains still under Nazi occupation; 8 ¼” x 10 ¾”, complete and uncut, 4 page pressbook in very good/near excellent condition.
    "Something Money Can't Buy" (Belgian title “Hotesse D’Une Nuit”)
    1952 post-war comedy about a British Army Officer returning to civilian life after WWII starring Patricia Roc, Anthony Steel and Moira Lister; 8 ½” x 10 ¾”, complete and uncut, 4 page pressbook in excellent condition (text in Danish).
    "Tomorrow We Live"
    (1943) with a young Frenchman (played by John Clements) trying to escape to England with information about the submarine base at St. Nazaire, and also starring Godfrey Tearle, Hugh Sinclair, Greta Gynt, and Judy Kelly. Measures 10 ½” x 14 ¾”, folded, complete and uncut, 4 pages in good condition with tears by the 2-hole punch on the left side, an about 1” tear on the bottom edge and bottom left corner creasing.
    In our other auctions we’re offering additional pressbooks (including another lot of British 1930’s – 1940’s pressbooks) plus other movie memorabilia
