Specialty Tweezers that have

The tips have hollow round spherical shaped jaws, makes it very easy to hold delicate items.

coating process
of the tweezers tips are with Plastisol
PVC
, they are first prepared, then Pre-heated, dipped into a tank of coating material, and finally baked.
This process is done here in the
U.S.A.
The thick coated tips help to prevent scratching when sorting, picking up and holding Beads, Pearls or other Round Stones, basically anything round that needs to be handled gently. Tweezers can be used for just about anything from Glass to Metal, will not scratch or mark parts.
