    Description

    You are admiring an awesome specimen.  This is a brackish water clam that has been pearlized with acid.  The inside has been painted pink and then glued together with permanent glue and then polished.  I think it will be great for crafts or a home decorating idea.  I have seen these made into ornaments with pictures painted on them or just put in a basket or glass bowl or vase as decoration.  It is definitely beautiful.  Not only great for the home but also a wonderful accent for the office...makes a great paperweight!!  Thank you for visiting our store this afternoon...you are going to love this.
