VINTAGE EALES 1779 SILVER PLATED SERVING/CASSEROLE DISH.
Vintage: circa 1970’s
A truly spectacular serving dish from Eales 1779 company. This round casserole is silverplate with two beautiful pierced handles similar to those found on porringers. The lid has a pine cone or artichoke shaped finial.
This is not only beautiful, but it is very useful, it can easily fit a 2-quart glass Pyrex dish inside (not included).
Makes a beautiful presentation on a buffet, or special meal with friends and family.
Material: Silver-plate
Dimensions: Silver Casserole: 7.25 inches Tall (including finial), 4.0 inches Deep, and 8.75 inches in Diameter (top opening). 12.5 inches wide including handles.
Condition: Vintage – Used. Excellent Condition. As with any silverplate piece, there are light surface scratches due to use/wear/age. There are no dents, or missing silver. Has not been cleaned.
