THE SHIPPING :
I ship items out Mondays through Fridays or the following work day. I have Fabulous and Rare items that I have found for you to bid on and would like them to get to you safe so I pack them really well which makes them heavier unfortunately making them cost more to ship for this, I apologise
QUALITY CONTROL :
I personally check the items to make sure the item has no flaws or is in working order. I take detailed picture so you can see what i see. I note anytiing that I notice good or bad. With that said I am not an expert on all things so I may miss a few items here and there, again, I apologise
RETURNS :
Inevitability you may wish to return your item to me for a refund. I do refunds, I charge a restocking fee of 20% - 50% of the purchase price. Please contact me first maybe we can work something out or I may have a fix for you. No funds refunded until I receive the Original purchased item. So you will have to pay for shipping to return the item to me. The return shipping will be included in the refund.
