Cap looks like NOS, but the foam has deteriorated. over the years.    Still a very wearable cap that looks great.    Could be from the 1990'd.    Hard to find Red Colonel.  Size M-L.     7 1/8" - 7 5/8".   Will ship the day after payment is received.
